Home Use Error Codes

In certain circumstances, error codes may be encountered during the Home Use process. These errors are documented below.

Error codes appear in new windows which require the user to click OK to dismiss. Once an error has occurred, it is recommended to close and reopen the software before attempting to retry an action or troubleshoot the issue.

Errors between 100 and 199 indicate a problem on the Clinical EEGer system. Errors between 200 and 299 indicate a problem on the Home Use system.
